A remote support tool is part of every LabelsPlatform5 installation in order to help our customers with problems as quickly as possible.
TICKET SYSTEM
Our ticket system is available for users without a support contract (SLA) to disposal. You can find out about the status of your support request at any time (ticket status).
SUPPORT CONTRACTS - GET ACCESS TO OUR EXPERTS
We offer our customers 3 levels of support agreements (SLA) to choose from. Based on your industry, the scope of the installation and the number of users, you can decide with which SLA you would like to secure quick access to our experts. Customers who choose to conclude an SLA with us receive priority support and free software updates while the SLA is valid. Furthermore, SLA customers have free access to our support hotline and the ticket system (as part of the SLA).
